    All the details of offers & discounts are mentioned on the Offers Zone page. Please visit the page for all the details. To avail any offer or discount, please do not forget to enter the Discount Code before placing your order and making the payments.

  4. How do I check the current status of my order?

    Normally,it may take 2-3 working days for your order to get dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as the order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message including the courier tracking information.

  5. What is the estimated delivery time?

    After your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, it will take around 5-6 days to reach you. You can always keep a track of your order by the courier tracking details provided to you.

  6. How does the delivery process work?

    All orders are sent through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, eCom Express, Etc. As your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation message with the courier tracking information. This is the time, we both eagerly wait for your order to get delivered to you at the earliest.

  7. Can I get a faster delivery?

    We process your orders in the order they are received. But if in case you need a faster delivery, please contact us on help@dzoneshop.com and we will try to send your order at the earliest.

  8. I have changed my mind. How do I return an item from my order?

    Please be aware that, all items which are Printed on order basis (Phone Cases, Mugs, Keychain, Etc) will not be eligible for a return in any circumstances. Any other products which are unused and you wish to return, please mail us your request at help@dzoneshop.com

  9. I received a damaged / wrong item. What now?

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Any damaged or wrong items received by you will be replaced from our side free of cost. Just drop us a mail at help@dzoneshop.in with appropriate images / video of the damaged / wrong item.

    Yes, we do customize products like Phone Cases, Coffee Mugs, Personalized Keychain, Etc. You can mail us your requests at help@dzoneshop.com. We will be happy to customize the product as per your need.

    There are absolutely no hidden charges while purchasing on Dzoneshop. The prices of the product you see are all inclusive & you pay exactly the amount you see for the product. we charge a nominal shipping fee of 50 on your order.
